Addison Rae just dropped a brand new song called “Headphones On,” and the music video is wild.
She’s got bright pink hair, old-school earbuds, and even rides a white horse while wandering through Iceland’s crazy beautiful scenery; you can totally tell the video was shot somewhere cold and epic. The director, Mitch Ryan, made sure every shot looked super cool—like one second she’s pouting on a rocky hill, then suddenly there are neon colors everywhere.
Addison worked on writing “Headphones On” with Luka Kloser and Elvira Anderfjärd, who also produced it. This isn’t her first song this year either—she already released “High Fashion” in 2025.
People think it’s awesome how Addison keeps surprising everyone with her style changes.
Back in 2021, Addison came out with her very first single called “Obsessed.” Then in 2023, she put out an EP named AR. Last year she kept busy too—she gave us both “Diet Pepsi” and “Aquamarine.” That last one even got remixed by Arca into something called “Aquamarine / Arcamarine.”
So here’s some news: all these tracks—“Diet Pepsi,” “Aquamarine,” “High Fashion,” plus the new one—are going to be part of Addison’s first full album. She hinted that it’ll drop June 6.
“Diet Pepsi” was picked as number 13 in the list of “The 100 Best Songs of 2024.”
