Disney+ to Stream Grammys with ABC & Hulu in 2027

In a major move, Disney+, ABC, and Hulu will take over the Grammy Awards broadcast starting in 2027 for ten years.

With this new deal, Disney+ and Hulu will stream the Grammys live at the same time as ABC airs it on TV, taking over from CBS. Dana Walden from Disney Entertainment shared her excitement by saying, โ€œLive events have never been more important to our culture and industry, and we just acquired one of the crown jewels, adding to our portfolio of world-class programming across all genres.โ€

Fans think this is a big change that could bring fresh energy to how we watch music awards.

Harvey Mason Jr., who leads the Recording Academy, mentioned that this agreement is a big step forward for them. He said it helps them grow and support music lovers everywhere.

Sometimes I wonder if these changes mean we’ll see even cooler shows and events in the future!
