Faye Webster Hosts Yo-Yo Exhibition in California

Faye Webster, a big fan of yo-yos, is organizing the Faye Webster Yo-Yo Invitational.

On September 28, at Berkeley’s Zellerbach Auditorium, twelve top yo-yo experts from North America will perform their coolest tricks in a no-rules show. Webster will host and might even play some songs with special guests. Check out the event poster below.

Faye is on tour for her new album Underdressed at the Symphony, which she released in March. She loves yo-yos and has talked about it many times in interviews. She’s also made yo-yos as merch for her albums Atlanta Millionaires Club and I Know I’m Funny Haha.

“Faye Webster on How a Shade of Blue, Her Boyfriend, and This One Animal Crossing Song Inspired Her New Album,” is an interview from 2021 worth revisiting.

This sounds like so much fun!
