Florist is gearing up to release their new album, Jellywish, on April 4 through Double Double Whammy.
The band is kicking things off with a song called “Have Heaven,” which comes with a music video animated by Kohana Wilson. You can listen to the fresh track below.
Bandleader Emily Sprague shared, “‘Have Heaven’ establishes the world of the album to be not quite always lucid, but rather a perspective that is blended into the worlds of the magic and death realms swirling around us.” She added that the chorus asks for better harmony between these worlds and among us humans who are trying to make it work in this complicated life.
The album Jellywish imagines everyday magic where possibilities are endless, and even tough questions bring joy. The ten songs include one you might know: “This Was a Gift.”
