Japanese Breakfast Performs “Orlando in Love” on Fallon

Last night, Japanese Breakfast took the stage on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performing “Orlando in Love” from their album For Melancholy Brunettes (& Sad Women).

Michelle Zauner, with her acoustic guitar and a small orchestra behind her, sang beautifully. The music video for “Orlando in Love,” which she directed herself, was recently released. Back in 2021, she graced Fallon’s show with performances of “Be Sweet” from Jubilee and “Jimmy Fallon Big!” from Soft Sounds From Another Planet.

I think fans really love seeing artists perform live on TV.

The album For Melancholy Brunettes (& Sad Women) is set to drop on March 21, and then Zauner and her band will hit the road for a tour starting next month.
