King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard are gearing up to drop their new orchestral album, Phantom Island, on June 13 through their own label, (P)Doom Records.
This band from Australia has also released a fresh track called “Deadstick,” complete with a music video crafted by Guy Tyzack. Check it out below!
The tunes on Phantom Island were actually created while working on their 2024 album, Flight B741, and they recorded them with the Los Angeles Philharmonic. After the album hits shelves, they’re heading out for a U.S. tour. Most shows will feature conductor Sarah Hicks and local orchestras, but there will also be some classic rock’n’roll gigs.
Fans sometimes wonder how they manage to keep things so fresh and exciting.
