Miley Cyrus is set to release her ninth album, Something Beautiful, on May 30 through Columbia.
The album, produced by Miley and Shawn Everett, comes after her 2023 hit Endless Summer Vacation, which featured “Flowers.” Inspired by Pink Floyd’s iconic The Wall, Miley told Izzy Grinspan for Harper’s Bazaar, “My idea was making The Wall, but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture.”
After dropping Endless Summer Vacation, she teamed up with Pharrell Williams on “Doctor” and Beyoncé on “II Most Wanted,” among others. She also collaborated with Shawn Everett for the track “Used to Be Young.”
Fans think it’s cool that she’s trying something new.
