In 2026, Modest Mouse is planning a unique music festival on a boat called Ice Cream Floats.
The cruise, happening from February 5th to 9th, will have performances by Modest Mouse and other artists like Kurt Vile and the Violators, Mannequin Pussy, Built to Spill, Fidlar, and David Cross. The Norwegian Pearl will take everyone from Miami to Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic for this musical adventure. Fans are super excited about this cool idea!
Modest Mouse has joined forces with Sixthman for this special sea journey. There will be a live Q&A session with the band members and Isaac Brock will tell stories. They’ll also have DJ sets with friends and show some movies.
Apart from music fun, you can enjoy all the ship’s goodies like bars filled with drinks, different places to eat yummy food, hot tubs on the pool deck, a casino for some gambling fun, and even a spa if you need to relax! Plus, there’s a fitness center if you’re feeling active. One of the days includes exploring San Felipe de Puerto Plata on land.
