Moses Sumney & ANOHNI Cover SOPHIE’s Song: Listen

Moses Sumney and ANOHNI have teamed up to perform a unique version of SOPHIE’s song “Is It Cold in the Water?” for the Red Hot Organization’s new benefit album, Transa.

ANOHNI expressed in a press release, “Such a blessing to have a chance to sing with Moses Sumney, on his gorgeous rendition of SOPHIE’s mistresspiece.”

Sumney shared his excitement by saying that he has admired Red Hot compilations since before his music career began. He mentioned how Dark Was the Night played an important role during his younger days. It feels special for him to honor SOPHIE, whom he met early on, and contribute to such an important cause. Trans rights!
