Sean Diddy Combs Arrested in New York After Indictment

Williams asserts that the organization was involved in numerous illegal activities, including sex trafficking, forced labor, and drug offenses.

He explains that Combs Enterprise’s goals were to run Diddy’s businesses, boost his reputation and power, and ensure loyalty through violence or threats.

Diddy faces charges for racketeering conspiracy due to actions involving interstate commerce like kidnapping and bribery.

The sex trafficking charge claims he knowingly recruited and transported people for commercial sex acts.

Additionally, he’s accused of transporting individuals across state lines with the intention of engaging them in prostitution.

Since late 2023, Sean “Diddy” Combs has faced multiple lawsuits for alleged sexual assault. The first notable case came from Cassie, who accused him of physical and sexual abuse. This lawsuit was settled quickly with Diddy’s lawyer stating that settling did not mean admitting guilt. Months later, CNN released footage showing Diddy assaulting Cassie in 2016. He posted an apology video without mentioning her name while Cassie urged people to believe victims the first time they speak out.

(Douglas H. Wigdor, Cassie’s attorney, declined to comment on the Diddy indictment.)

Other accusations followed: Joi Dickerson-Neal sued him for assault and sex trafficking; Liza Gardner claimed she was sexually assaulted by Diddy and Aaron Hall in the ’90s; a Jane Doe alleged gang rape by Diddy and associates when she was a teenager; Rodney Jones Jr. accused him of grooming and sexual assault; Crystal McKinney also filed a lawsuit for sexual abuse; as did April Lampros regarding incidents from the ’90s.
