Sean Diddy Combs Sued Over Alleged Miscarriage from Assault

Note: This article covers topics related to alleged sexual assault that might be upsetting for some readers.

A woman has sued Sean โ€œDiddyโ€ Combs, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted her multiple times, which led to a pregnancy and later miscarriage.

The lawsuit, filed today in New Yorkโ€™s Supreme Court, says Diddy forced Jane Doe into unwanted acts over four years. They first met abroad in fall 2020 when he paid for her travel. Afterward, he kept arranging trips without her consent. โ€œ[Diddy], and his agents and employees, would use coercive and harassing language to compel her to comply,โ€ the lawsuit states.

In April 2022, Diddy allegedly raped Jane Doe at his house. That same spring, she found bruises and bite marks on her feet with no memory of how they happened. The suit details instances where she was made to take unknown substances; one time it was ketamine which caused blackouts. She later tested positive for pregnancy but miscarried after being pressured by Diddy’s associate to get an abortion.

Fans often wonder why such things happen in the entertainment world.

Jane Doe claims there was no contact with Diddy or his team for three months post-miscarriage until late 2022 when he resumed pressuring her through calls, texts, and third parties until she complied with his demands again.

โ€œAt every visit, [Diddy] would make her โ€˜perform a showโ€™ for him,โ€ the lawsuit reveals. Heโ€™d give her alcohol and drugs until she passed outโ€”sheโ€™d wake up hurt but not remember how it happened.โ€ This went on till July 2024. Additionally, Doe says Diddy recorded their encounters without permission.

Jane Doe is suing Diddy for various offenses including sexual assault and harassment while using a pseudonym due to fear for safety.

Her lawyers Joseph L. Ciaccio and Marie Napoli are representing her case. Napoli commented that powerful figures have exploited aspiring artists long enough; now it’s time they face consequences: โ€œNo one is above the law.โ€
