Top 10 Must-Hear New Albums: Bon Iver, Porridge Radio, Japandroids

There’s always a flood of amazing music coming out, making it tricky to choose what to dive into first.

Bon Iver: SABLE, EP [Jagjaguwar]

The four songs on the SABLE EP were crafted by Justin Vernon and his team at April Base studio in Wisconsin. Before the full release, fans got a taste with “S P E Y S I D E,” which came with a dramatic black-and-white video featuring Vernon in a big hat. The production was handled by Vernon alongside Jim-E Stack, who helped write “S P E Y S I D E” with Ryan Olson and BJ Burton. Rob Moose added his touch with viola and string arrangements. According to Vernon, the name SABLE reflects “near-blackness.”

Porridge Radio: Clouds in the Sky They Will Always Be There for Me [Secretly Canadian]

This weekโ€™s musical lineup is pretty exciting! Bon Iver dropped their new EP while Porridge Radio released something special too.

I think we sometimes forget how much effort artists put into their work.

The creative world is like an endless ocean; you never know what treasures you’ll find beneath the waves.
