Uranium Club Releases New Album ‘Infants Under the Bulb’ with Fresh Single – Stream Now

The Minneapolis Uranium Club Band, affectionately dubbed Uranium Club, is back on the scene. With their quirky punk flair, they’re dropping a fresh album that’s got fans buzzing. “Infants Under the Bulb” is slated for release on March 1, courtesy of Static Shock and Anti Fade, while Iron Lung takes charge of distribution across the United States.

Their previous full-length, “The Cosmo Cleaners,” hit the shelves back in 2019. True to their DIY ethos, the band members rolled up their sleeves to craft the album artwork themselves. And let me tell you, it’s not just some slapdash job.

In the album announcement, they shared a glimpse into their creative process. Picture this: a human spiral, 120 feet wide, in an open field. Local volunteers donned ponchos and stood in formation while a drone buzzed overhead, capturing the scene. The band even engineered a custom protractor with a 60-foot arm to plot out the design. Talk about dedication!

Curious about “The Cosmo Cleaners”? It made some noise in “The 10 Best Punk and Garage Rock Albums of 2019” over on the Pitch. But hey, let’s not get sidetracked. We’re here for the new tunes, right?
